- 9:00 PM - Website, Blast eMail & Calling Post

The Tournament Committee is closely monitoring the weather situation in Charlotte.  Throughout the day we will be continue communicate the latest information relative to the tournament schedule as follows:

- Website - bulletins posted at 9AM, 1PM and 8PM

- Blast eMails - 3PM and 9PM

- Calling Post - 3PM and 9PM

If we should need to we have a contingency plan developed which we will make available via the website.  Click Here to read our contingency plan.
 
The good news is that the weather on Saturday and Sunday looks great!
