Oscar Del Pino is the Boys Director of Coaching and Director of Operations at MUFC.

Coach Del Pino is also the current Charlotte Catholic Men’s Varsity Head Coach and Women’s Assistant Coach.  In his first full season as the Men’s coach, Coach Del Pino led the Cougars to the 2008 State 3A Champioship.  While an assistant coach, the Cougars won 3 state championships and were finalists twice.

Prior to joining MUFC, Oscar had been a club coach at Charlotte United Futbol Club (CUFC), serving there since 2002.  While at CUFC, he was involved with boys and girls U13-U16 teams, leading the 86 boys to the Kepner Final Four in 2003 and the 91 girls to the Kepner Finals in 2006.   Oscar has earned his United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National “C” license as well as his National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) National Diploma.
