Coach Wiggins coaching experience is highlighted by his three seasons leading the women’s program at Ottawa University, a NAIA school in Kansas. Coach Wiggins’s teams posted a 45-15-3 overall record, while capturing two Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) regular season titles, three KCAC postseason tournament titles, and advanced to the NAIA regional tournament in all three seasons, getting to the semifinal round in 2004.
Coach Wiggins has 10 years of collegiate coaching experience as an Assistant with Wingate University (2007-Present, 1996-98), University of Maine at Presque Isle (1999-2001), and Charleston Southern University (1994-95). Wiggins also served as the Head Girls soccer coach and assistant athletic director at the high school level in Lee, Maine, where he led Lee Academy to a 19-1-0 overall record in 2001, with a state championship game appearance.
Wiggins is no stranger to the area, having coached club teams while at Wingate and was the Head Coach at Monroe HS for a season. Recently, he was also named Head Girls Coach at D.W. Butler High School.
